Acceptable Use Policy

Responsible use

EveVid is an independent AI image and video creation platform. You must have the rights and permissions needed for prompts, uploaded reference material, and generated content. AI outputs may be synthetic, inaccurate, or similar to content created for others. Do not present generated media as genuine evidence or an official endorsement.

Prohibited material

Do not use EveVid to request, upload, generate, publish, or distribute:

• Sexually explicit or exploitative content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Any child sexual abuse or exploitation material, or sexualized depictions of minors.
• Graphic violence, incitement, terrorist propaganda, or instructions for serious harm.
• Hateful content targeting protected groups, harassment, or threats.
• Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, misleading manipulated images or voices of real people, or intimate-scene composites of identifiable people.
• Infringing uses of copyrighted works, protected characters, trademarks, private information, or other people's likenesses without authorization.

Fraud, scams, illegal activities, and attempts to bypass provider or platform safeguards are also prohibited.

Safety and enforcement

Generation requests and results may be subject to third-party model-provider safety restrictions and EveVid's available service controls. Some content may be refused or become unavailable. We may restrict use, remove material, suspend accounts, or handle reported violations where reasonably necessary. Automated checks cannot guarantee the safety or legality of every result; you are responsible for what you submit and publish.

Reporting and appeals

For a content concern, suspected violation, or mistaken refusal, contact support@evevid.com. Include a description and relevant page or task reference, if available. Do not email or redistribute illegal or exploitative material. We will review reports as resources permit, without promising a fixed response time.

Third-party models

The creation interface identifies available underlying AI models. Providers may set their own acceptable-use rules and may refuse requests. They do not sponsor or endorse EveVid unless expressly stated.
