Terms governing your use of the Evevid AI creation workspace

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Evevid, including its website, account features, AI image and video generation workspace, credits, and related services. By using Evevid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect Evevid, users, providers, or the public.
“User Content” includes prompts, uploaded reference assets, generation settings, and other material you submit. You retain the rights you hold in User Content. You grant Evevid a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, and transmit User Content solely to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Evevid service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to submit User Content, including rights relating to likeness, voice, personal data, copyright, trademark, and confidential information.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, non-unique, unavailable, or similar to material generated for other users. Evevid does not guarantee that an output is original, copyrightable, non-infringing, suitable for a particular purpose, or legally safe to use. Review outputs before relying on, publishing, or commercializing them.
Evevid uses third-party providers for generation, storage, payments, email, and authentication. Their services and any content they process may be subject to their own terms and policies. Evevid is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Available plans, credit amounts, prices, expiration rules, and purchase terms are shown in Evevid or at checkout. Credits may be required before a generation request is accepted and may expire as displayed for the relevant product. Payments and subscription management are provided through our payment provider.
You may cancel a subscription through the available customer portal or the applicable payment provider. Cancellation, renewal, credit, and refund treatment are governed by the terms displayed at checkout and any mandatory rights under applicable law. We may remove content, refuse a request, suspend access, or report activity when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or a provider requirement.
Evevid is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service or outputs will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, unique, or fit for a particular purpose. Your use of the service and outputs is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evevid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service or outputs.
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent. For questions, contact support@evevid.com.
